A REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE in the PUBLIC HEARING to be held in Columbia should be SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 18, 2007.

Two Public Hearings will be held on February 1, 2007, in Columbia at the Radisson Hotel located at the intersection of I-20 and Bush River Road.

Morning Hearing - 10:30 A.M.

Evening Hearing - 7:00 P.M.
